Lucky number 9 is Ben and Jerry's Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch. This cookie is very similar to Toffee Bar Crunch, but with a coffee kick. I've often heard that a small amount of coffee amplifies the rich flavor of chocolate, so this cookie is one that you won't need to dip in your morning cup of java.
Tips:
Strong stuff- the coffee mixture that you prepare will smell stronger than you will taste in the cookie.Dissolved - I don't recommend throwing straight coffee granules into the mixture because the cookies will look spotty and the coffee flavor won't be evenly distributed.
